After a restful night, you can look forward to our rich breakfast buffet. The aroma of freshly ground coffee beans lures you in from 7 a.m. every day. Bread and rolls are freshly baked daily and brought to us in the early hours of the morning by the Wirth bakery from Franconian Switzerland - quality you can taste! In addition to homemade fruit spreads, Franconian sausage specialties, cheese from the board, muesli and cereals, egg dishes and all kinds of fine delicacies invite you to feast and enjoy. Smoked salmon with creamed horseradish and Prosecco on ice cubes await the discerning palate - what better way to start the day?

We also offer a daily breakfast buffet for day-guests.
